• American Indian/Alaska Native females were 1.6 times more likely to have AIDS in 2022 compared to non-Hispanic white females.1
• In 2022, American Indian/Alaska Native males were 20% less likely than non-Hispanic white males to die of HIV infection.2
• In 2022, American Indian/Alaska Native females were nearly three times more likely than non-Hispanic white females to die of HIV infection.2
